Home of Madara and Andris (Zai)

Here comes a little tour through the creative home and working space of Madara and Andris of ZAI. The couple lives with their two cats in an Art Nouveau building in the center of Riga, Latvia.
I'm so in love with their playfull and light interior. You can see the aging of the apartment that adds a romantic feel and patina. I really like the details like the light blue ceiling in the kitchen, the colorfull stickers on the dark wooden floor and the painted headboard.
See more of their home in their flickr set, and find out more about their ZAI bunny leather-toys and other products on their website (in Latvian) and Etsy shop.

Sorry, but I really don't like this apartment. It's a typical student's apartment. And it is too empty and cold for my taste.

Thank you for your sweet comments everyone!

Zai Couple: You are welcome!

Anonymous: I think, we can call ourselves lucky, because there are endless kinds of tastes and people creating different things and interiors. Wouldn't it be boring if there was only one kind of style? It happens that there are also things you might dislike sometimes.

What a lovely, inspiring home. It reminds me of the Crosby, Stills and Nash song "Our House..."
