Calendar: Lena Corwin + Caitlin Mociun

I hope you are well and have a good time preparing for christmas. I'm buying and making the last presents, still decorating a little and looking forward to meet all my family on christmas.
This calendar by Lena Corwin and Caitlin Mociun would have been a great addition to my little calendar round-up. It's a sreen printed poster inspired by imagery of the four elements: fire, earth, air and water. Available in Lena Corwin's webshop. I really like the colors and the shapes in it.

Here are some of my favorites.

I like everything from Domestic Candy, also this calendar on a wooden board.

Pretty illustrated calendar by Flora Douville.

The little calendar from Dear Oly.

A beautiful linen calendar from Linea Carta.

Colorful version by Susy Jack.

Calendar with cute cut-outs from A Little Hut.

And last but not least the one that will hang on my wall next year, it was a birthday present from my boyfriend. Yay!

Julia Rothman: wallpaper and prints

I'm a huge fan of Julia Rothman's work, I'm sure the most of you might know her patterns and illustrations.
Recently I found this new to me wallpaper that Julia designed for WallCollection, it's really darling and I thought I'd share it with you.

And these are two letterpress prints by Julia, available at Little Paper Planes for $25 for each, or $40 for both.
Make sure to have a look at Julia's portfolio if it's new to you.

Calendar and cards by Amy Soczka

How cute are these products by Amy Soczka of Amy Marcella? I love her simple illustrations and use of color. This beautiful calendar would look so good at my wall.
Do you have already a calendar for 2010? I thought I might make a little calendar round up. What do you think?

And these are some cards made by Amy. The leaves, the cone and the raindrops perfectly illustrate this time of year, don't you think?

New print by Elisabeth Dunker

And she did it again. It seems that everything that Elisabeth Dunker of Fine Little Day gets in her hands turns to gold.
Her new print is inspired by vintage embroidery, ornamental folk art and modern pixel graphics. The details are too good. See the pooping cat? :D
You can pick up the print in her online shop for $35.

Illustrator Julia Freund

What a surprise to find the Etsy shop Lineanongrata by illustrator Julia Freund! I was already familiar with her online portfolio and was so happy to see that she also sells her beautiful work as prints, postcards and pins.
German born Julia studied graphic design in Paris. Now she lives with her boyfriend on a winery in Gabian, South France. Wow! That sure is a really inspiring surrounding.
And she also writes a blog that is worth checking!

Products shown: make words grow print, choice is not an option print, piglet with socks print, alice and the white rabbit original illustration, sitting little man print, plane print.

One Day Project by Amy Borrell

Amy Borrell aka Cake With Giants has been busy from January until March with her lovely One Day Project. One illustration a day about things she wants to be and do and see and eat. You can have a look at the whole series in Amy's One Day Blog. If there is one (or more) you fall in love with you can purchase it for 30 Australian Dollar in her online shop Vanilla Bug or by contacting Amy via email. Her shop is really worth a visit, there are a lot of nice things to discover.
Happy Friday!

Hygge & West

We won't live in our current home for very long anymore so that wallpapering unfortunately doesn't make any sense. But there will be some wallpapered walls in our future home for sure.
Until then I will daydream a littlebit. These two wallpapers designed by Julia Rothman for Hygge & West I like very much. The blue one would be perfect in a bedroom.

Hygge & West also carries these pretty ceramic items from Casalinga. They could look quite good on my white walls. Don't you think?

Domestic Candy

Do you remember the lovely products by German based Domestic Candy I showed you in March? Kerstin has updated her Dawanda shop with these vintage cutting boards she turned into wall art. What a nice way of recycling!
Don't the graphical patterns on them make you think of security envelopes?
